How long does it take to setup an event in The Fundwave?

We handle setup in under 15 minutes — just send us the basic details and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I customize the event rating and scoring criteria?

Yes — some plans allow you to fully customize the categories, weights, and scoring experience based on your program’s goals.

Who can vote — just judges or the audience too?

You decide. By default, anyone with access to the app can vote during your event. However, if you’d prefer to limit voting to a select group, certain plans include privacy controls like password protection and other custom settings.

Will I receive a summary or report after my event?

You’ll receive a post-event report with a real-time leaderboard, detailed score breakdowns, audience engagement data, and insights you can share with participants, funders, and internal teams.

What if I need help during my event?

Each event includes a live virtual concierge to monitor activity, provide real-time support, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
